Steve: Hi Mike! How's your new position working out?
史蒂夫：麥克，你好。你的新工作職位怎么樣？
Mike : You mean the new job? It's great. My new manager is really cool. She has been overseas for her Master degree as well.
麥克?。耗闶钦f我的新工作？很不錯。我的新老板人很好。她在國外讀過書，她的碩士學位就是在國外拿的。
Steve: Oh - your new boss is a woman? How do you feel about that?
史蒂夫：什么？你的新老板是個女的？在女老板手下工作你感覺如何？
Mike : No problems at all. Our company has Equal Employment Opportunity and supports International Women's Day.
麥克：沒問題。在我們的公司，每個員工都有平等的工作機會。我們公司還過國際婦女節(jié)呢！
Steve: Does that mean that even I can get a job there?
史蒂夫：那是不是說我也能在你們公司找個事兒做了？
Mike : No Steve - equal opportunity doesn't mean we employ boneheads! Thanks anyway.
麥克：不，史蒂夫，平等的工作機會并不是說我們會雇個笨蛋呀！無論如何，謝謝你。
